Baltic Regions Patch for FIFA 08 - v.1 or v1.1 ??

Hello. I'm new here, but I've been visting your page for a long time.
I have 2 exe files on my PC: BRP v.1, which I downloaded on 23rd of December, 2008, and BRP v.1.1., which i downloaded on 23rd of October, 2008.
The InstallWizard shows the same window on opening them both - v.1.
So I can't decide - which one to install? At the download link (http://rapidshare.de/files/39086204/BRPvol1.exe.html) it says, that it's been deleted due expiration. Which one is the newest and the most updated, including these flags (http://www.fifabaltic.com/baltic-regions-patch-brp-f5/jmc-artwork-t2.htm) ?
Please help!

We are now making new project Regions Patch v2 for FIFA 09

We had made patch for 08 - Regions Patch v1 but is buggy so you should wait for FIFA 09

Well, I don't know about that actually, because my PC isn't very powerful and I doubt it can handle FIFA 09 normally as my Intel graphic chip is.. actually, not very good, it lacks the needed pixel shader so the graphics would probably be horrible. So i'll try on the patch, because re-instalation is not a problem right now.

Yess I need FIFA 08 Baltick League my computer dosnt Powerfull and FIFA 09 go at 800x720 Graphik and i dont whana play on 800x720 and thats Link On League fifa08 is Delited! And Please i Need thats Baltick Leage On fifa 08
